Please view our resort policies when booking your stay at the Matador Oceanfront Resort

  1. NO SMOKING IN ROOMS, WALKWAYS or POOL AREA – STRICTLY ENFORCED! Smoking is permitted on the second and fourth floor sundecks only.
  2. Credit/debit card and a Valid photo ID in guest’s name is required at check-in. If you do not have a credit or debit card, a $100 cash deposit is required for security purposes. No exceptions.
  3. Rates are deemed NON-negotiable and are Guaranteed when a customer receives a reservation number from their confirmation.
  4. Confirmation must be presented at the time of check-in.
  5. Payment in full is due upon arrival in cash, money order, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.  Please add a 3% service charge for a credit card payment.
  6. Deposit Requirements: A 35% deposit is required on all reservations
  7. Deposit applies to your last night’s stay.
  8. Deposits are refunded if notified in writing two weeks in advance of arrival date and are subject to a 25% service charge.
  9. Deposits are not transferable for future reservations.
  10. No refunds due to weather or early checkout.
  11. Reservations held until 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise notified.

  14. Rates listed apply only to advance reservations.
  15. Misrepresentation voids reservation and will be subject to forfeiture of all amounts prepaid.
  16. One parking space per unit will be strictly enforced, regardless of unit type. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles.
  17. No bicycles in rooms and no rollerblading on premises.
  18. As a matter of public health, children who are not fully potty trained must wear a “SWIM DIAPER” in the pool.
  19. Sorry, no pets are allowed.
  20. No disorderly behavior, conduct, profanity and/or loud music etc., which at the sole discretion of management, is inconsistent with the atmosphere of this family resort or annoys, harasses or alarms other guests. This behavior will not be tolerated. In such an event, management reserves the right to ask such guest(s) to leave, remove such guest(s) from the property or take any other appropriate action. No refund will be paid.
  21. In addition to taking any other appropriate action, management reserves the right to remove, expel, eject, etc. from the property any guest(s) who, in its sole determination and discretion, fail to abide by or violate any resort rule, local, county, state or federal ordinance, statute, law and/or regulation. No refund will be paid.
  22. All persons under 16 MUST Be Accompanied by an adult to use pool.
